Service Call Pricing

On-site Service Fee - $150 (One-Time)

This fee covers sending our certified technician to your location.

Included in the on-site fee:

Travel time to your location.
Fuel, commercial insurance, and vehicle operating costs.

Charged:

Once per service visit (not hourly).
A service / diagnostic fee applies to cover travel + initial assessment.

Hourly Labor Rate - $125/hour

Our labor rate applies to all diagnostic and repair time performed on-site.

When labor time starts:

When the technician arrives and begins diagnostic.

Important: Diagnostics are skilled labor. Finding the root cause is often the most technical part of the job.

Quick Example Pricing

Example A: We arrive, diagnose in 30 minutes, fix the issue in 60 minutes
On-site fee: $150

Labor: 1.5 hours at $125/hr

Total (before parts/tax): $150 + $187.50 = $337.50

Example B: Simple repair completed in 1-hour total time
On-site fee: $150

Labor: 1 hour at $125/hr
Total (before parts/tax): $275

If You Provide Your Own Parts (Customer-Supplied Parts Policy)

We can often install customer-supplied parts, with the following policy to protect quality and safety:

Labor rate with customer-supplied parts: $175/hour

Why the higher rate: we must confirm compatibility, inspect for damage, and account for additional troubleshooting if the part is incorrect.

Important rules:

OEM new parts only. We do not install used or aftermarket parts.
No warranty on customer-supplied parts or related rework.
If the part fails, replacement and additional labor are the customer’s responsibility.
If a customer-supplied part is incorrect or damaged, you are responsible for the on-site fee and any labor time spent.

Warranty, Extended Warranty, and Insurance Claims

We work with many extended warranty and insurance providers.

If you plan to use a warranty or insurance claim:

Tell us when you book, so we can set up documentation correctly.
You pay us at the time of service.
After payment, you receive a detailed, itemized invoice to submit to your provider for reimbursement.

Rates for warranty/insurance work:

On-site fee: $150
Labor billed at: $175/hour
Due at time of service: $150 on-site fee + $175 for the first hour of labor

We will provide the technical documentation commonly required for claims. (Coverage decisions remain between you and your provider.)

Emergency / After-Hours Service

Emergency or after-hours service may be available depending on technician availability.

After-hours rates are higher than standard rates.
If you need urgent help, please call us directly.
If we miss your call, our after-hours voicemail ensures we receive your message promptly.

We will confirm the after-hours rate before dispatch.
